Tuckshop

Tuckshop is offered for first break each Friday. We aim to provide yummy, healthy food for growing kids.

You can order (and cancel) tuckshop each week until Wednesday at 8pm using the Qkr! App.

New Tuckshop Convenor

We are delighted to welcome our new Tuckshop Convenor – Cass Somers – who started on Friday 19 May 2023.

Cass is a parent of two students at Buranda and has a worked for many years in hospitality roles ranging from small local cafes to large corporate canteens and hotels. We are thrilled to welcome her as our new Tuckshop Convenor.

Parent helpers needed each week

Cass needs parent volunteers to help her each week, so we’ll keep the class allocations each week for volunteers.

We’ll continue Bakery or Sushi in weeks that Cass is not available to coordinate the tuckshop.

Ice blocks

We also sell ice blocks for $1.50 at first lunch on Wednesdays. You will need to purchase an Ice Block card $15 as we no longer accept cash.

Ice blocks are now every Wednesday and the Ice block cards can be ordered through the Qkr! app. New cards are to be collected from the tuckshop unless the children are in Prep - teachers will hold their cards. New cards must be purchased by 5pm on Tuesday. Please contact Ludivine if you have any issues. ludivinedr@hotmail.com
